RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase, postmarked. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please email customer service at m.castonguay@p Piscinehippocampe.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and send your return to the following address

Please note that you are responsible for the return costs. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method for sending your return. 

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds can take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the company that issued your credit card. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned: 
 
     ● Chemical   
     ● Open boxes   
     ● products on final sale     

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or an exchange.
