Liner pools

Replace a pool liner

An ageing liner can affect how your pool looks and how you use it. We discuss the pool type, dimensions and condition to plan replacement and liner choices. The condition of the structure also needs to be considered.

In-store repairs

Have a pool or hot tub pump assessed

A noisy, leaking or non-starting pump may not require a complete replacement. We offer in-store pump repairs. The brand, model and symptoms help guide the assessment; repair options depend on the pump’s condition and parts availability.

Assessment and referral

Arrange a hot tub control board repair

We can send hot tub electronic control boards to a repair service. Contact us with the hot tub model and the symptoms you have noticed. We’ll explain the process before anything is sent; you do not need to remove the board to make an initial enquiry.

Equipment and installation

Upgrade your pool or hot tub

Replace a pump, review filtration, add heating or improve plumbing: we advise you on useful equipment and changes. We check compatibility with your installation to prepare a suitable proposal.

Your questions about our services.

Repair or replace: how do I choose?

The choice depends on the equipment’s condition, parts availability and the cost of the work. We review the options with you before you decide.

What information is useful for liner replacement?

The pool type, shape, dimensions and a few photos are a good starting point. Our team will explain the measurements and checks needed for your project.

Should I bring my pump in right away?

Call first or send a request with the brand, model and the problem you have noticed. We’ll explain how to prepare for in-store assessment.
